Our Testing Services include:


  • Customized test plans for each software application.

    Our customized test plans outline the approach and scope of the testing; they detail information about the features to be tested, the sub-tasks, and each software tester’s tasks. We also develop a contingency plan for any risks that might emerge during the testing process.


  • Test cases and results summaries.

    Our software testing team creates thorough test cases to execute all features of an application and compares them against the original software requirements. We design multiple test cases and outline the expected results for each one. After performing this testing, we provide you with a summary of the results indicating which areas of the program have passed or failed.


  • Bug reports with weekly summaries and prioritizations.

    We use a web-based application called JIRA to track bugs and create statistical reports. Through JIRA, we can provide our customers with bug reports detailing any faults we find in the program so that they can replicate those bugs to fix them. At the end of each week, we send a summarized report describing how many new bugs were reported, fixed, and closed, along with a prioritized bug listing so that the customer can determine the order in which bugs should be fixed. Additionally, we immediately notify the customer of any bugs that are stalling the testing process.


  • Teleconferences.

    We use teleconferences to demonstrate the bugs within a software application. Through WebEx, a web conferencing service, we create bug simulations by reproducing them in the software and having the results displayed on the customer's own screen. While demonstrating a bug, we verbally explain how to replicate it—a necessary step toward fixing particularly troublesome bugs.


  • Project summary reports.

    Our testing team provides a post-project summary detailing the defect findings and fixing rates, along with the defect distribution across components.


  • Pre-release appraisal.

    We provide a third party perspective on whether an application is ready for release.


  • Post-release review.

    We supply a post-release review of an application to help improve the development success of future versions.
