• Telephone and email support
Because each customer has different support requirements, we work one-on-one to determine the optimal level of hotline and/or online support for each CDM application. Depending on the client's requirements, we can respond to a call or e-mail within as short a time frame as 20 minutes.
• On-site support
We can provide on-site assistance for a range of support tasks such as classroom style training, testing of new features and hardware, or customized on-the-job assistance in the use of an application.
• Training
We not only tailor each training session to fit a customer’s specific needs but we also provide this training in a variety of settings: on- or off-site classrooms; CDM offices; online demonstrations; computer based training, and personal on-the-job training.
• Documentation
We create the training manuals, user guides, system administration guides, and help systems for our applications. Additionally, we can create a support website that provides the latest documentation, updates, and other product related information.
