About Us

Founded in 1994 by architecture professors Arthur Chapman and Dr. Jens Pohl, CDM Technologies, Inc. develops software that assists people in complex decision-making tasks. Throughout our tenure, we have developed decision-support software for the U.S. Department of Defense and other federal government organizations in the areas of Logistics Planning and Execution, Transportation Planning and Tracking, and Data Quality and Validation. While we specialize in these three domains, our technology can be adapted to a variety of decision-making fields.

We closely collaborate with our clients throughout each stage of a project, beginning with the preliminary domain analysis and continuing throughout the software development life cycle. This collaboration enables us to create software systems that address and help resolve our customers’ bottlenecked operations.
